NOTHING BEATS GLUTEN-FREE COOKING:
A Children's Cookbook
This exciting children's cookbook features 65 delicious
and easy-to-prepare gluten-free recipes for every meal--
from breakfast to dinner--and everything in between!
Contributed by children and their families from across the
country, these recipes were compiled and edited by the
Center's Nutritionist Anne Roland Lee, MSEd, RD, CDE,
Coordinating Editor Laura Leon, Ed.D. and the Celiac
Disease Center's 16-year-old Teen Editor, Susan Cohen,
who also titled the book.
Susan introduces her young and adult readers, alike, to the
recipes with fun and inviting commentary before each food
section. She also shares her insights into being diagnosed with celiac disease
at the age of almost 14, and her discovery of how positive and special
the gluten-free diet is.

Yummy! Every parent's nutrition bible
Yummy! - Book

I've just bought "Yummy! Every parent's nutrition bible" by Jane Clarke.
It's a very general book about vitamins, additives, sugar and fats etc. but amazingly has about 5 pages on coeliac disease. It explains the disease and the diet very clearly and would be a great introduction for raising awareness (e.g. I plan to encourage the Mums of my daughter's friends to read it).
I paid £10.96 in ASDA.

The book was launched in Geelong, Victoria three weeks ago - it is early days with promoting it's availability. During Coeliac Awareness Week in Australia (it finishes today) Sally has been raising the awareness of coeliac disease and "Food For Me Is Gluten Free" in the local print, radio, and TV media…….
