London ... Posted by Gill B (Staffs) on 9/6/2010 GF board Just back from my first break since diagnosis last year. We stayed at the Grange St Paul's Hotel in London at the weekend and ate in their restaurant. The waitress told me that I could choose whatever I liked from the menu and the chef would make sure it was gluten free, it was lovely to have such a wide choice. The chef was a bit reluctant to make the vanilla souffle as although it didn't contain gluten, it contained milk and eggs, and suggested I had flourless chocolate cake with fresh fruit instead, they said that if I didn't like it he would then do the souffle, but the chocolate cake was fantastic. A real positive experience. The Grange St Paul's hotel is at 10 Godliman Street, London EC4V 5AJ, www.grangehotels.com **************************************
