Pret A Manger Web site Posted by Barbara on GF board I hope no has mentioned this before but by going to Pret A Manger’s web site it is possible to find if any salad or other item is gluten free. I have been told that some of the salads are very good. Barbara PS Click on the star at the bottom, then on items on the list on the right. Details for that item will appear and the allergy detail is in white to the left. ( I hope that helps) www.pret.com/menu/

Pret et Manger (Cambridge & elsewhere) Pret et Manger I ate out in Cambridge today at "Pret a Manger", a fresh food snack bar. When I asked if the salad bowls were gluten-free I was assured they were, and a printed list of all their stock was produced, with the gf column highlighted for me. The sheets also covered Nuts, Sesame, Dairy, Egg, Wheat, Yeast, Genetically modified, Vegetarian, Vegan, and finally "Suitable for Pregnant Women". The assistant also took the time to describe their food preparation methods The food is also claimed to be additive/preservative free. Look on their website for locations www.pret.co.uk regards Steve
