Marks & Spencers, Waterloo railway station
I noticed that M&S have a Food Shop on Waterloo Station, London (open Mon-Sat 7am to 23hours, Sunday 8am to 22hours) which seemed to sell quite a few GF items.
I found GF rice & mushroom salad, new potato salad (with plastic fork), salsa tortilla crisps, chocolate, also fruit, water, fruit juice etc.
They were rather busy about 6.30 pm but not impossible.
Look for M &S under 'The Reef' cafe bar.

Very pleased to see M&S 'simply food' as soon as we came out of Green Park underground & so bought sustaining GF rice salad & yogurt plus free plastic fork & spoon & plenty of bananas. They also do other GF snack food (see allergen box on packaging - if 'gluten' is not mentioned or no box then it is GF) & also fresh coffee at GP.
