We're very happy to cater for a gluten free diet. As you've noticed we indicate on our menus where dishes are gluten free the brulee on our menu can be served GF without the brandy snap.
Also if we're given some notice we can provide other GF dishes.

we only use organic flour, pasta, soya milk, tofu, teas, coffee,
