Just had alovely Chinese meal from China Palace in Oswestry Shropshire, i spoke to the manager about having a gluten free meal and he was soooooo helpful, he told me everything on the menu that could be done especially for me, even down to them using gf soya sauce, could also have the rice vermacilli noodles, both vegetarian or spicy. I had chicken, beansprouts and waterchestnuts in a gf sauce with eggfried rice which they used gf soya sauce in.I am now washing it down with a bottle of Asspells cider, nice to know that there are some really helpful people out there.
