Gluten Free, Menu Items

The main sources that effect gluten allergy sufferers are Wheat, Rye, Barley, Oat, Spelt or Kamut.

Breakfast items
On most breakfast changes can be requested by the customer these are called swaps. If a customer wants to change the sausage which isn’t gluten free for bacon which is, they have that option
The customer can also refuse the bread or toast served with the product. Some contamination can occur through the cooking process due to breaded of battered products being deep fried.
In most cases if the customer explains their complaint to a manager they will accommodate their needs.

Scrambled Egg
Baked beans
Mushrooms
Crispy Bacon
Fresh Grilled Tomato
Starters if bread served with product is requested to be removed
Prawn cocktail
Pastas and salads - if bread served with product is requested to be removed

Customers can request any meal with a jacket potato
Free range omelette
Hunters chicken
Gammon and pineapple
Fillet of salmon
