I ate in the Stables restaurant in Groomsport County Down last night. It was possible to get 3 courses of good freshly cooked GF food and eat as well as any other diner. The waiting staff checked what was GF with the chef and they kept me right. I was pleasantly surprised. Good view during the day of Belfast Lough right across the road too. Well worth a visit.
