Chocolate Sauce
250g GF dark chocolate 125 ml whipping cream 125 ml milk
Chop chocolate finely. Place in heatproof bowl. Bring milk & cream to boil. Add hot liquid little at a time to chocolate, beating constantly to make emulsion, as if making mayonnaise. Serve immediately.
