Extremely Rich Chocolate Pots (Ruby Rock) Ingredients: 284ml single cream, 250g good quality plain chocolate, chopped, 4 egg yolk, 3 tablespoons Brandy(or your favourite tipple) Method: Place the cream in a pan and heat to boiling point. Pour into a blender or processor and add chocolate. Blend on maximum speed for 30 seconds, add yolks and Brandy and blend for 10 seconds.
