Chocolate Quickies

Melt 4oz butter/marg in a pan add 2tbsps cocoa powder, 2 tbsps golden syrup and 1 tbsp demorara sugar, when melted boil for 1 minute. take off heat add 8oz crushed gluten-free biscuits, stir well press into a tin and cool in fridge for 10 mins melt 4oz plain cooking chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boling water and spread the chocolate over the biscuit base. chill for 1 hour.
kids love making this and everyone enjoys eating it!
