Holiday Inn - Nottingham Derby

I've just spent four nights at the Nottingham Derby Holiday Inn, just by Junction 25 of the M1. I'd informed them in advance that I would need gluten free food and received a reassuring reply. They were true to their word and supplied gluten free bread rolls, croissants and gravy during my stay. They seemed knowledgeable and keen to oblige. I would recommend them

Gf board

We stayed at the Holiday Inn, Swindon this weekend with 3 Coeliacs (1 adult, 2 kids). My husband phoned beforehand to warn them. Upon arrival, the catering manager phoned our room and invited us to the restaurant before the meal to discuss it all.
She had spoken to the chef and had written down everything GF that they could have on the menu. She had also bought in some GF pizza bases for the children which they could have with their choice of topping. They provided GF bread rolls to go with the starters and also had bought in 6 GF puds for them to cover both nights. They had also bought GF gravy and GF sweet breakfast rolls for breakfast.

All the restaurent staff that came into contact with us were fully aware of the dietary requirements. It really was excellent, excellent service. It just shows how easily it can be done with a little thought. It also was such a wonderful change to go somewhere that we didn't have to repeat ourselves goodness knows how many times & didn't feel like we were permanently being a pain!
