He took us into the kitchen and we were shown how the pizza bases are stored away in a container away from everything else, along with pizza boxes which have a gluten free label on them. Also the tins which the pizzas are cooked in are colour coded and stored seperately to avoid cross contamination. Parviz also explained how the pizzas are prepared away from the other products, and he has researched about the ingrediants used to make sure they are all gluten free. Our daughter really enjoyed the pizza and garlic bread that she had, and suffered no ill effects at all. It is called Passion Flour, and sells various products (all homemade) including sausage rolls, cheese straws, pizzas, a selection of quiches and bread rolls. Our daughter polished off some cheese straws and two buns in no time. nice daytime restaurant Posted by jan on 12/3/2014 GF board hi folks just to let you all know of a lovely daytime restaurant in Doncaster called Torr's it's on Printing Office St opposite old TJ hughes,very knowledgable staff all soups are GF sandwiches made with Genius bread good choice of fillings also Annie the owner makes her own lemon and poppyseed cake can highly recommend it. Also nothing is too much trouble for her.She is starting Sunday lunches last Sunday in every month and providing you tell her you need GF when booking she can accomodate you. www.torrsdoncaster.co.uk/ |
