Catherine's (breadmaker) cakes

The basic cake recipe from Juvela for making cakes in the breadmaker is:
100g butter melted 1/2tsp vanilla essence 3 medium eggs beaten 50ml water 225g Juvela Gluten-free mix 2tsp baking powder 100g caster sugar note; I always add an extra 25ml water put all the ingredients in bread pan in the above order and use cake setting in breadmaker. when mixing starts use spatula to incorporate any mix from side of pan. When baked let cake cool slightly before removing from pan. To make a fruit cake I add 150g mixed fruit. Cherry cake 75g chopped cherries. Stem ginger cake add three pieces of stem ginger(chopped) & 2tbsp of stem ginger syrup from the jar.
The ingredients for the chocolate cake I make are taken from 'gluten-free Bread & Cakes from your breadmaker book.
Chcolate Cake 100g soft tub margarine 100g light brown sugar 2 eggs beaten 125g white gluten free flour mix 2tsp baking powder 525g cocoa powder 30ml water Put all the ingredients in bread pan ( liquid first) Use cake setting but stop 20mins before normal cooking time. My breadmaker is 1hour 40mins for cake, but I stop after 1hour 20mins.
