Slice bananas lengthwise into two. melt some butter in a frying pan.
Add some brown sugar.
When the sugar/butter mix begins to lightly caramalise add the bananas and fry on both sides.
Add some instant coffee - just a small coffee cup amount. Continue frying in the pan and add some rum or Khalua or cognac.
Flambe. When the flames die down serve hot with ice cream or cream
The desert takes no more than five minutes....
