Sally’s polenta

... Approx 2 tablespoons corn meal (polenta) Approx 1 tablespoon ground almonds Approx 1/2 pint of milk Brown sugar to taste
Put dry corn meal and almond in pan, use a whisk to add most milk, bring to simmer gently, stirring with the whisk often to prevent lumps. Cook for about 5-10 mins, adding more milk as necessary. My daughter also like this with dried cranberries or a banana added
Sorry it sounds a bit slapdash, but thats how I cook!
