Oat crunchie Biscuits using 3 ingredients

I used:
4½ oz (125g) pure porridge oats - eg Nairns pure GF porridge oats 4oz (110g) Butter …. 3 oz (75g) Demerara sugar
1) Melt butter in a pan but dont allow it to change colour 2) Mix the oats and sugar together well 3) Pour the melted butter into the mixture, and mix 4) Press this mixture all over the base of a greased and lined baking tin and then bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until they’re a nice pale golden at 190c or gas mark 5.
Remove and cut into 12 fingers -
