I visited Derbyshire last week and found the following places excellent for GF:
Homesford Cottage Inn, Homesford, Whatstandwell (on the A6), Matlock, Derbyshire DE4 5HJ

- all sauces GF and some GF desserts, manager very helpful and food is delicious

siannorthwales » Mon Aug 15, 2005 8:25 pm both places are from gf-on-the-go (with links to their websites). sheriff lodge B&B excellent, full gf works inc fresh bread, sausage, home made cakes - highly recommended. no coeliac connection but they are very aware (the day after we left they had someone staying who was gf, nut free, dairy free, soya free and vegetarian - they were baking a loaf just for him). www.sherifflodge.co.uk strand - excellent meal with good gf choice but pricey, coeliac owner: |
