Sherene ‘s Flourless Chocolate Almond Torte
Just want to share one of my favorite Passover recipes
............ Sherene ..........
5 eggs 150g bittersweet chocolate 150g margarine 150g sugar 150g Ground almonds separate eggs and whip whites with a pinch of salt till stiff mix yolks with sugar and almonds and beat well. melt margarine and chocolate and allow to cool. mix into yolks. Fold whites into choc mixture. Bake 350-380F (180-190C) for about 40min until toothpick comes out clean.
