I was delighted to find this place on my recent holiday; they have recently started doing GF pizza, pasta and sandwiches. I love having a pizza for lunch and it made my holiday much more enjoyable! They did me a sandwich for the airport too. The bread unfortunately is the usual dry crumbly stuff, but they can only work with what's available. I didn't try the pasta but the pizzas were excellent, with a lovely thin base and generously topped.
I can't guarantee how free from contamination their GF preparation is; I don't suffer at all if I ingest a small amount of gluten, so when I'm on holiday if they tell me it's gluten free I'm happy! I know it's a cop out, sorry! At least I can report that awareness is gradually increasing.
The Celebrity is down the dolmus (bus) road which runs down the right side of the resort looking out to sea.
