GF board
I don't have a breadmaker .....- so, yes, made by hand.
With gluten free bread, however, there is no kneading:
1. weigh ingredients 2. put all ingredients into mixing bowl (tip: heat the bowl beforehand) 3. add water 4. mix for approx 4 to 5 mins (use hand held mixer, or hand held dough hooks, or you can even use a wooden spoon) 5. put mix into prepared tin (tip: line with silicone paper for easy removal) 6. Cover and put in warm place to rise. You can cover with loose cling film - put oil on side facing the mix. Or make a kind of 'tent' area in a warm place and cover with a damp cloth. I cover and 'prove' mine in electric oven - place in the upper part of the oven at 50 deg (which is very low) and leave for approx 35 mins. If you leave it for 40 to 45 mins that will usually be OK too. 7. Depending on what you are baking, you will then bake in the lower part of the oven at the required temperature (tip: place a small dish of water next to your breads to provide a more moist environment) 8. Bake for required time. You can then remove and cool, or remove and turn the bread out of the tin and replace in oven upside down so that the bottom of the bread bakes a little more. 9. Remove and cool on a wire rack. For a crusty loaf leave to cool uncovered. For a softer crust cover the loaf whilst it is cooling.
Good baking
