I do a lemon and lime drizzle cake, will paste in the recipe here. The original recipe made 4 individual loaf size cakes, so I increased the amounts to make one big loaf cake.
Lemon and Lime Drizzle Loaf Cake Adapted from a recipe in Waitrose Magazine
Ingredients
3 Medium Eggs 150g Self Raising Gluten Free Flour 150g Caster Sugar 150g Butter or Marge, or 160ml Flora Cusine Juice and zest of half a Lemon Juice and zest of half a Lime
2lb loaf tin, lined
Drizzle Topping
Juice and zest of half a Lemon Juice and zest of half a Lime 5 tsps Caster Sugar
Oven temperature 180C
Put all the cake ingredients in to mixing bowl and whisk together with electric hand mixer.
Pour into lined loaf tin and bake for about 45 minutes.
Prick the cake with cocktail stick.
Mix together the drizzle topping ingredients and spoon over the cake while it is still warm.
