Easy fruit salad.
Various fresh fruits eg kiwi fruit, apples, strawberries (alpine are good), bananas, cherries, mango. Fruit juice.
Prepare fruit (no need to peel if eg organic apples) & chop or slice (except banana). Put fruit in glass bowl, mix, then pour enough fruit juice over to cover. Just before serving add peeled & sliced banana. Serve with cream, or yogurt, or soy vanilla dessert or GF ice cream. You can also use a tin of pineapple chunks in fruit juice to start then add other fresh fruits - also more fruit juice if needed to cover the fruit salad.
