Twins - Margaret and Kathrine - own and run a free-from kitchen on the Isle of Wight, specialising in a variety of delicious sweet and savoury treats.
Their range of Gluten Free products include:
Cakes,
Scones,
Pies,
Pastries,
Quiche
and...much more,
with each one being hand-baked by themselves, using fresh, local Island Produce.
Not only are their delicious, traditional Quiches all made using their own pastry, but....many of their products are also Dairy Free, Soya Free and Vegetarian too!
They regularly attend Newport and Ryde Farmers Markets on the Isle of Wight, in addition to events both on the Island and Mainland - having recently exhibited at the Allergy Show held at London Olympia back in July.
