I've posted a link to celiac travel. Ella (who is Russian) has checked it and says it is a good translation. Ella had never heard of coeliac disease until my son explained about me having it, so it's not well known. You can't buy European goods there, so you will need to take your own gf items with you.
If you are self catering the supermarkets are well stocked with naturally gf food. ....
