Juvela Scones 8oz Juvela white mix 1 and a half oz butter 1 and a half tablsp caster sugar pinch salt 150fl oz milk 1oz sultanas half teasp xanthan gum 4 teasp baking powder Mix dry ingredients together, cut butter in with knife and then use fingers to mix gently. Add sultanas and slowly add milk to bind. Roll out carefully, no thinner than three quarters of an inch in thickness, cut out scones and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 220 for about 12 mins.
