Frank’s Frozen Pud

I got this one from the TV a few weeks ago, its very nice, about 1/4 pint of cream, the same again of lemon curd, whip the two together until stiff, and mix in two crushed meringue nests, or more if you like, stuff into ramekin dishes, freeze for at least an hour, serve when you want them, sweet, sugary, really bad for your teeth.
