Breadmaker tea loaf recipe Posted by Diane S on 28/8/2015, 16:57:35, in reply to "Re: bread maker"
Mine's an SD-2501, bought about 2 years ago. I use Juvela as I've had the best results with their flours.
This was yesterday's experimental version of the Juvela Cinnamon & Raisin bread recipe which worked well.
350g white mix 2 teaspoons mixed spice (or 3 if you like a spicy mix) Zest and juice of an orange 3/4 teaspoon of salt 3 oz melted butter 3oz sugar 2 tsp dried yeast 3 oz mixed dried fruit Warm water
Squeeze the orange juice into a measuring jug and make up to 275ml with warm water Put liquid, melted butter and salt into breadmaker Add flour gently on top to cover all the liquid Next sprinkle spice and orange zest on top, then sugar and finally yeast Set breadmaker to gluten free setting and start After 15 minutes or so (whilst still mixing and before proving stage), add fruit
Nice toasted for breakfast as a change from plain toast or cereals.
