I have eaten at this sushi cafe in Cotham Hill and would recommend it. The menu has "gluten free" and "gluten free option" items marked, and the server talked me through what they would do. They provided me with a separate bottle of GF soy sauce and showed me on the web that the Japanese vinegar they used was GF too. I went for some Nigiri, Maki and a seaweed wrap type thing, washed down with some Japanese tea. We had to wait a little while for our food even though they weren't that busy and you could see the kitchen at the back so the food was prepared freshly rather than one of those conveyor belt things like in Yo Sushi or similar. As is often the case it's quite easy to rack up a bill if you want fill up on sushi, but it made a nice change, and I'd go back. They also operate a loyalty card system.
