I had a positive gluten free experience at Amodo Mio Italian restaurant in Falkirk (manor street) The lady owner Carolina was very knowledgeable and accommodating towards the gluten free diet as where the waitresses who showed me which was Gf and which was not.
There is also a really nice coffee shop called baristas opened up in Falkirk at the top of Grahams road which has a great selection of gluten free cakes.
Finally this may have been posted before the butchers in Polmont (Falkirk) next to the Co-op do Gluten free sausages and burgers that you can buy in a big batch if you take them a bag of Gf flour they will have have them ready in a few days. Mick.
