GF board
I went to Singapore for 3 weeks in Sept 2012. A lot of them are chinese there. I managed, tended to eat a lot of rice, chicken, and vegetables, and fruit and kept away from noodles and soy sauce. I also downloaded an eating in Chinese letter from Coeliac Uk. I was lucky as there were supermarkets that I bought gluten free bread from, like American Asda's. In fact they had lots of gf biscuits and crisps. We did eat in china town so I did find things that were ok
