Microwaved chocolate pudding

Ingredients
4oz Juvela white mix 1 and a half teaspoons baking powder Pinch of salt 2oz cocoa powder 2oz butter 1 beaten egg 4 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 4oz soft brown sugar 1/4 pint hot water
Method
1. Place flour, sugar, salt and 1oz of the cocoa into a microwave-proof high-sided bowl or souffle dish.
2. Melt butter in microwave.
3. Add melted butter to flour, along with the egg, vanilla essence and milk. Beat well.
4. Mix together brown sugar and remaining 1oz cocoa, sprinkle over the top of mixture.
5. Pour the hot water over the top evenly.
6. Cook on high for 5-6 minutes.
The pudding will separate, giving a chocolate fudge sauce at the bottom. Serve with cream or ice-cream.
