REcipe I found in an American cookbook & tried recently. Just substituted a plain GF flour (think I used Doves Farm) for the flour. 5 oz plain flour 71/2 oz coarse cornmeal 1 tblsp baking powder 2 tsp sea salt 3 tbl sugar (you can reduce this) 500 ml milk 3 beaten egss 3 jalapenos deseeded & chopped 2 tblsp snipped chives
Heat oven to 190 deg c & pre-heat the butter a small loaf tin Mix dry ingredients; mix all wet ingredients; combine together & pour into tin. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Let cool slightly before turning out.
