Gluten Free Amman Staying Gluten Free in Jordan is tough. However with caution you can eat out safely. Here are a few of my favourite restaurants Whispers (between 5th and 6th Circles) - just stick to the grilled meats also their burgers (without bun) are gluten free. Levant (behind the Royal 3rd Circle) - one of the nicest Mezza restaurants in town. Explain you need your food without bread or flour ("bidoon khubess oo taHeen") Centro (4th Circle) - again stay with the grilled meats and explain to the waiters no sauce. Wingers (Swefieh) when you fancy a little junk. They make fantastic wings to a gluten free recipe Indu (InterContinental Hotel). A very good Indian restaurant. Indian food excluding the bread is a good choice for those following a gluten free diet. Al Osra (Abdoun). The queues of people on Friday morning waiting to take away let you know how good their falafel are. Most falafel are bulked with flour, not here... www.glutenfreejordan.com/node/27
