As I was only diagnosed last year I haven't actually stayed in a hotel here since but I've just made a call to the one place I do recommend to people wanting to stay in Warrington; its called Statham Lodge and I got married there two years ago. Its small, tucked away and rare in that its still privately owned rather than part of a big chain so very personal service. Its on Lymm/warrington border. When I spoke to the receptionist she knew immediately what I was asking about and I explained worries over cross contam' etc; she went to speak to chef and assures me they can cater. (They have catered for coeliacs recently and also a severe nut allergy bride/wedding!) if you'd like to call them the number is 01925 7522041. I love the place, have done for years and food is always good.
