Anyone else vegetarian and gluten free?

My husband is and we'd be keen to exchange recommendations with others, particularly for where to go on holiday. Food is a huge part of our holidays being foodies and health fanatics. If Andrew can't eat we have a miserable holiday, so I have to do lots of web research before. I share this on my blog: Hungry gluten free vegetarian blog
Would love to know of more places. We are self employed so need to be budget conscious too. We go every year to Lanzarote as love the island, really inexpensive and many many places to eat as a coeliac vegetarian if you hire a car which is only 110 euros a week. Florence has been the best place of all for eating. Wish I could live there.
