Superb place to eat galettes (savoury pancakes made from buckwheat flour, salt and water) in Cannes is La Galette de Marie, 9 Rue Bivouac-Napoleon, 06400, Cannes. This about a 5 minute walk from the station.
The owner speaks excellent English and there are many different fillings you can have in the pancake as well as drinking cider from a bowl; the perfect combination.
Open from 07.30-23.00 in winter and 07.30-15.30 and again from 18.30-23.00 in summer with seating inside and out.
