Just found a local hidden gem- shop on the shed! Based on a farm in bulkington, near Coventry/Hinckley. They stock gf cakes (including Belgian buns), pies, sausage rolls, bread etc from a range of suppliers incl wheatfree bakery! Currently have pies on promotion so definately worth a look.

Tiger loaf is defrosting as we speak and does definately smell like the proper stuff! V excited
