Living in or visiting France and gluten intolerant? It's tricky, but honestly not as bad as you're led to believe! The French group Association Francaise Des Intolérants Au Gluten is very good indeed and very helpful. Their welcome pack in particular is brilliant but is in French obviously. Website option in English coming soon.
