“Gluten free fish and chips and veggie food plus alcohol, fab.
This really is the best Fish and Chip shop in Tenby. They do gluten free fish and chips for a small extra charge and veggie sausages which are just excellent. Amazingly they are licensed, so we had fish and chips and wine and beer. The head fryer, whose name we did not ask, is a real character and had us in absolute stitches. This is truly not one to be missed. Oh and yes, you can sit in the restaurant and eat your fabulous meal. Highly recommend - 5 star.”

“Restaurant/tea room specialising in home cooking, so they know what is in all the food. Usually do a gluten free cake, but sometimes don't have enough produce to make it - best to ring and check if they have it there before making a special journey. Also they do gluten free ice cream for those hot summer days.”
(3) Morgan-Foley’s Deli, 22 High Street, Tenby, SA70 7HD - advertises that it sells gluten free products.

“This delightful place has a bar with real ales and speciality ciders, a menu with good home cooking and hosts music and comedy gigs. The decor suggests aging hippies (gauzy curtains, fairy lights, disco ball and coloured light bulbs) but this is easily overlooked, especially at lunch time. Ruth and her team cater for various allergies and intolerances offering gluten free, dairy free, veggie and vegan options and if you call up in advance will ensure a selection for you (although we just arrived and asked for gluten free meals and were well provided for). I had a good gammon and vegetables for Sunday lunch (though the gravy and parsley sauce were disappointing) and my husband had some of the best roast beef I’ve ever tasted and a decent gluten free carrot cake for pudding. They also do tea and cakes etc. The place is quirky, the food good, the prices very reasonable (£7 for a main course; £11 for a 3 course Sunday lunch – amazing!) and the staff charming. Definitely worth a visit."
