London Posted by Colin (London) on 4/6/2012 GF board If you want to be able to look at a menu where every item is gluten-free there is only one place to go - Cotto's. It is not far from the London Eye - details at www.italiancotto.co.uk. Otherwise there is the La Tasca chain of tappas/Spanish restaurants where gf dishes are clearly marked. Otherwise, if you avoid the fast food outlets, many London restaurants can adjust their dishes or many of them are naturally gluten-free, just make sure they don't use flour in any of the gravies or sauces and don't add croutons to salads. I know everyone's food choices are different - so no offence to the Other Colin - but we went to Greenwich a few days ago and were horrified at the large number of fast food outlets which I wouldn't trust. There was "street food" in the market. We eventually found an Italian restaurant where I had an enjoyable meal but it was the only restaurant that appealed to us.
