Naan bread

2/3 cup gram flour 1/3 cup doves farm self raising 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1+ clove of mashed garlic to taste 4 large-ish tablespoons natural live yoghurt 1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix together to make batter (cake like consistency). Add a tiny bit of water if too firm Spray oil a cold frying pan and form a 1/4" thick circular bread shape from the batter in the pan. A wet spatula does the trick. Heat until bottom of bread has gone solid. Transfer bread to underneath a heated grill until top browns. You can add coriander or black mustard/cumin seeds before the grilling part.
