The Dove Inn, Dargate, Kent
Nearly all of the menu at the Dove Inn near Dargate (between Faversham and Whitstable just off the Thanet way at the Shell garage) is GF because he never uses any artificial ingredients. All sauces are made with fresh cream (sweets) and homemade stock (savouries), no flour.
The chefs' name is Nigel Morris and he's won the Egon Ronay award. Excellent food and his wife Bridget is a gracious but humourous hostess/landlady.

The Dove Inn in Dargate does spectacular food. It's in a very quaint country pub
01227 751360 and ask for Nigel or Bridget.
Failing that, if you like Thai food there's a pub called the Plough between Faversham and Canterbury that's fantastic.
