I can recommend this recipe, my daughter has just made it and I don't think it is going to last very long:

(just use doves farm flour to replace wheat flour)

I've made the Tara Ramsey one www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/4942/lemon-drizzle-cake loads of times and it turns out really well just replacing the flour with Doves flour. It's a lot cheaper to make too as no almonds.
