I left out the polenta and just used all Doves farm GF self raising flour as in the recipe you posted. I topped mine with flaked almonds before cooking and then drizzled the lemon syrup over it all after cooking. It was delightful. I indulged and had it with cream. ... ******************

Lemon Drizzle cake recipe Posted by Leanne Mallory on 16/1/2012 GF board I've made the Tara Ramsey one www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/4942/lemon-drizzle-cake loads of times and it turns out really well just replacing the flour with Doves flour. It's a lot cheaper to make too as no almonds.
