Gluten Free Sweden: Preparation…with help from the Swedish Coeliac Societies

...Stockholm is an amazing city in which to be gluten free. I felt incredibly well looked after and gluten free goods were widely and easily available. In every restaurant in which we ate I was offered gluten free bread in place of the regular bread Mr D was given. Whenever I asked for gluten free menu options the wait staff understood what I was asking for and the usual response was, “no problem, I’ll get you some gluten free bread”. My gluten free requests were treated completely normally and without any fuss. How different this is to many eateries in the UK.....
