GF Shortbread recipe

Hi,
Thought i'd share this with you...made them today and they were yummy
8oz butter
4 oz pure icing sugar
12 oz flour mix
mix butter and icing sugar together until soft
add flour and mix and knead until it forms a dough.
roll balls in palm of hands then flatten out to around 1cm in thickness
brush with milk and sprinkle on sugar
bake in oven on 160 degrees for 15-20 mins or until golden
quick, cheep and yummy
