I was down at the German Market this evening with work colleagues, didn't expect to eat there at all, but in fact one of the food stalls had a sign saying gluten free - French, potato dishes - and there's a 'proper' macaroon stall too which also was gluten free (I just asked if there was any flour to test the waters and the stallholder straight away told me all gluten free & milk free), so we stayed for a while! Couple of mulled wines...mmm! Its been a few hours, still feel fine so seems to have been a success. Woohoo!
