The recipe i use is full packet Juvela,14fl oz water,1 ounce butter melted.1 and a half teaspoon xanthum gum.Sachet of yeast.Mix everything together. I use a hand held mixer with dough attachment but you could use a spoon. Knead a bit and shape into cobs or rolls. Place on a well floured baking tray and cover and leave in a warm place to rise. Cook at gas 7 for about 10minutes. They never fail.Hope it works. I usually make about 10 from this.

From Paul I make rolls as I prefer them to bread. Use the DOUGH setting on the machine - about 90 minutes, then transfer to a pre greased and floured tray. I also put a bowl with water in the bottom of the oven, the steam makes the rolls a little softer to touch. I use Glutafin and follow the recipe for the largest loaf (all the flour and yeast, 400ml water, all the yeast and of course the xanthum gum).
