In Chester there is a Carluccios, a bella italia and her is a link for a restaurant called francs,I haven't eaten here since I was diagnosed but I hope to soon. The menu is clearly marked. For snacks during the day there is M and S and a coffee shop called the gallery(near Argos) they have gluten free bread and they make most things themselves so they can tell you whats ok. The soup is usually ok too but you need to check on the day what it is. They often have a few Mrs crimbles cakes as well.
