Hi everyone, just come back from 18 night cruise to Cape Verde Islands. Weather was fantastic, tummy bug was horrendous, but when I did manage to eat, the restaurant was excellent. The chef made a few GF foods especially for me, crepe, fish and chips (yay) pork cordon blue and chicken kiev. I was not glutened once. Shame I was confined to cabin for 4 days and the room service was not honed up on GF. Luckily I took some GF crackers. On a very good note, I didn't put any weight on!
